PARK CITY, UTAH RETREAT July 27-31st 2022

FULL PRICE $1950 ($950 is just the deposit to hold your spot. The remainder will be due 6 weeks before the retreat).

A retreat built around "coming home to yourself."

A lot of us women can relate to losing ourselves over the years. I remember after my divorce I didn't even know who I was, what brought me joy, and where I was going. I was so lost. Over the past 5 years I have done A LOT of work on myself, getting quiet with my inner child, and have done a lot of soul searching. 

When I see women really struggling with this I want to help. I want to open a space for them to look inward and hold them in whatever emotion they are in. And that is why I am offering this retreat. I cannot wait to meet you all. 

Itinerary:

July 27th:

-4pm arrive at location in Park City, UT (you must coordinate your own ride there, but carpooling may be an option if you live in Utah). Park City is a 30 minute UBER ride from the airport. Please fly into SALT LAKE CITY.

-Welcome dinner (included in price)

-Setting intentions for the retreat

July 28th:

-8:00 am breakfast

-9am morning meditation + journaling 

-10am Yoga (learning how to connect to your body/ listen to yourself). 

-11-1pm FREE TIME

-1pm Lunch

-Hike to Bloods Lake (adventure time in one of my favorite hiking spots in UTAH)! 

-6pm Dinner in Park City - this is FREE time, eat where you wish or all stay together, it's up to you! 

July 29th:

-8:30am breakfast

-9am morning meditation & journaling

-10am yoga

-1pm Lunch 

-2-3pm Workshop on self abandonment + what self love actually requires of us.

-3-6pm First set of headshots (bring an outfit you feel beautiful in, I promise this part is hard for some, but so worth it).

-6pm Dinner in park city or we can order in! 

July 30th:

-8am breakfast

-9am am morning meditation + journaling 

-10 am YOGA 

-11am-3pm Paddle boarding and lunch on the Jordanelle 

-4-7pm Headshots for the remaining women

-7pm Dinner in Park City 

JULY 31st: Departure

BREAKFAST + LUNCH is covered every day. Dinner will not be covered, except for the welcome dinner.

***No refunds on deposits, but if you cannot make it I will do my best to fill your spot so that you can get your money back or you can choose to transfer your deposit to another trip!

*** EVERY activity is optional. You choose what feels good to you!

INCLUSIONS: Accommodations, individual portrait session by Angie Monson, daily yoga, BREAKFAST & LUNCH everyday + Welcome Dinner, Journal, paddle board excursion. 

EXCLUSIONS: Transport to and from the retreat, airfare, dinner each night.
